Returns and Refunds

We stand behind the quality of every Havn vest. If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

We do not accept returns on vests that have been worn or used, as this is a health and safety product. If the vest does not fit properly, contact us within 7 days and we will help you exchange it for the correct size at no cost.

If you are unsure about sizing before purchase, refer to our Size Guide or email hello@havn.pet and we will recommend the right size for your dog.
